Arm wrestle the market with Binary Options Trading

When the markets seems to spiral out of control, binary options offer an alternative to more conventional trading. Binary options give the investor the opportunity to react to a particular event in the markets, identifying and managing operational risk that these pose.

By definition, the binaries are fairly easy to understand. They are based on a condition on which the trader holds his foresight. This estimate is there are only two exits or options: yes or no. If the answer is yes, the option is cleared 100, and if not, the option is close to 0. Therefore we can say that the binaries are based on all or nothing. The only way out of a binary option is that the condition is satisfied or not.

This is most easily understood by an example. A condition in which you can build a binary would be: "The FTSE closed higher today" or "Wall Street will fall between 20 to 30 points before 19.00 hours CET." As mentioned above, the only solution to this option is yes or no, that is, that these events take place on the market, or not given.

Once the trader has been positioned in the right context for the level of risk that its operation is, binary options are presented as a type of trading quite different and intriguing. If the trader buys an option at 40, the most you can get in profit will be 60 and the maximum loss would be 40 since the operation can only be moved between 0 and 100.

Binary options have their antecedents in sports betting and adapted to financial markets around the year 2003. Since then this method has proven quite popular for those who prefer a short-term trading, as the binary can be very important to gain a profit, but behave the same way a very important level of risk.

IG Markets offers binary options on a large number of assets, from currencies to indices or commodities. With IG Markets binaries can get a great potential for returns due to the multitude of markets that can be accessed with a risk that is limited to the open position. Therefore, the trader, from the beginning of its operation, knows the maximum capital that is willing to lose.

The above comments do not constitute investment advice and IG Markets therefore accepts no responsibility for any use that may be made of them. CFDs are a leveraged product which carry a high level and can cause losses that exceed your initial deposit. Make sure you completely understand the risk involved and make a constant monitoring of your investment.
