Entrepreneur Of The Mind And Your Products

I would start this post with a recent experience that perhaps many of us has passed and that has led to a reflection that I share with you today. Yesterday buy a signal converter for my TV, I noticed that when connecting the device functioned image quality much lower than it was supposed to work. Obviously I wanted to return to the store but could not because it neglected to note corroborating demanded.

This whole thing took me to write reflections on the following lines in this blog. We as employers, we are morally obliged to offer quality products. Quality is the minimum requirement that we provide to our customers for our products and services. This factor along with the customer make the difference between "potential client" and "a returning customer." This factor makes the difference between customer recommendations and no such recommendation. If you want to be a good businessman have to commit to provide quality products to speak well of you and your company.

A quality product always competes and rarely by price. If you compete by price you must know what you're doing because your income will be lowered to some because they no longer can lower prices and incur more losses. To compete on price in the first instance the product must be highly standardized (ie, that all products on the market have the same characteristics, for example screws, a book by a certain author, etc.)..

In contrast, a standardized product (eg travel services, a restaurant, bar, etc..) Must compete with quality, not the same as saying "cheap but bad" to say "it's expensive, but it worth it. "

Given all this always remember that your sale price is an approximate value to the market, the same should happen with your expenses, purchase quality products, especially raw materials I mean. Remember that all businesses buy and sell. Nearly 40 years ago it was said that to succeed in business had to "buy low and sell high." Now with technological advances and fierce competition in the products, your motto for success in business is "buy at market price with quality, sold at market price with the best quality possible.

In closing let me say that the end device connected wrong and now my TV picture quality is very good.
