Discover your technique Leadership

Are you a leader or you can be a leader? And what qualifies you to be a leader? Leadership can be in different forms or techniques, but in reality there are three main techniques of leadership. Great leaders know and understand all of these three styles. There are times that do not just choose or adhere closely to a single style, but sometimes also include different styles and methods depending on the number of given situations. So if you're a leader, what kind of leadership style will fit or work for you? The first type of leadership style that is the dictatorial method.

With this type of leadership, is more suitable if the team or the work force has already experienced. When the team has already gained a command just makes the team work together toward their main goal being targeted. However, with this type of leadership, it is always in use, you may get people with less feedback. And 'because the staff does not feel as if inspired by some dictatorial or, say, intimidating. Therefore, less interaction occurs within the company. With this, the team will not improve at all or just stay stagnant. The second leadership style is known as the democratic style.

This is next to the style dictatorship. The democratic style allows people to contribute necessary feedback and input, before the leader gives the final decision and gave his final seal of approval. It allows the participation of the team more active in decision making, but only to a certain extent. The third style of leadership style is delegating. Delegation is a process that involves the tasks and responsibilities to be distributed and allocated (usually equally) people usually different depending on their areas of expertise, experience, or tenure with the company. This is by far the most stimulating and effective and is most commonly used around the world these days.

And most companies that use this type of leadership style were very open minded to change and is flexible for this fast changing modern world. This type of leader sets a goal or objective that is common or familiar to the people, and allows the team to formulate their own set of ideas and decisions. In this way, there are more options available for the team. These people evaluate and make decisions for themselves. However, if something goes wrong with the final decision they did, their head will still be liable. In this way, it is very important that the persons designated as key decision makers are ideally good candidates.

First you need to consider how critical the decision must be made so you can choose your own brand of leadership. You should also need to understand well what are the experiences and capacities of people and if there are potential candidates for being exceptional leaders. Eventually, it will really affect the outcome of the success of the company .......
