Emotional Intelligence and the realization
Learning to manage our emotions depends on several factors, one of them is the experience that if there is a natural way the individual is faced with various situations that will shape responses to stimuli according to the patterns observed and adaptation the repetition of similar situations, until you bring the answers to similar situations and even brand new, controlling and regulating their conduct.
